Nursery are reading….I wrote to the zoo!

"I wrote to the zoo to send me a pet...."

Our Nursery children love lifting the flaps to discover the animals the zoo has sent - a monkey, a lion and even an elephant! But will they ever manage to send the perfect pet?

We have been enjoying looking at the bright, bold artwork and joining in the catchy repetition.

The children have also joined in discussions about pets the might have at home!
