Reception have been reading Peepo by Janet and Allan Ahlberg . We have talked about what we can see when we look into each scene and if we think they are past and present. We compared how things look different now in the present to the illustrations then in the past. We talked about how the bedroom and decoration is different then, from now, how the kitchen looked in the past and how they were using coal for the fire, how the yard looks different and how toys have developed over time. We compared similarities and differences between transport and buildings, technology and how it has developed and how clothing has changed.
