Year 6 - Pax by Sara Pennypacker

Pax follows the story about a boy and his inseparable bond to his pet fox.

 But when war tears them apart, the reader is taken on a journey of discovery, and when it comes to 12-year-old Peter, there is much to discover.

 

Year 6 are exploring the relationship between a young boy and fox he has known nearly all his life, until his dad forces them to separate. Peter decides to face the impossible and venture on a 300 mile quest, alone, to be reunited with his beloved Pax.
